In the popular holiday home area of Bratten Strand, halfway between Skagen and Frederikshavn, you will find this well-appointed holiday home with large, bright rooms, stylish furnishings, and a cozy atmosphere. Great attention has been paid to detail, including an indoor swimming pool with glass walls facing the dining room, so you can sit relaxed at the table while the children splash around in the pool. The wellness room also has a sauna, speakers, colorful lamps, and a bathroom.

The interior is modern and includes all the modern conveniences needed to make your vacation easier, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The house is energy-efficient and has inexpensive geothermal heating and a charger for electric cars. The house itself has five large bedrooms with 10 beds with double beds. The perfect spot for a vacation for the family or a group of friends who want to enjoy time together.

The focal point of the holiday home is the large kitchen/family room, where the kitchen and living room are combined in one large, bright room. There is plenty of space for cooking in the well-equipped kitchen and the opportunity to dine with the whole group at the long dining table, from where you can look out at nature through the large windows. The room also has a cozy sofa group where you can relax and enjoy a movie, a game, or something else.

Weather permitting, there is direct access from the large kitchen/dining room to the cottage's large 260 sqm terrace (70 sqm is covered), which surrounds the house and has two outdoor showers, where you can take a refreshing rinse after a nice dip in the pool. There is hot water in the outdoor shower. After a pleasant bath in the outdoor shower, you can jump into the house's outdoor spa (capacity for 6 people) and relax and enjoy the feeling of well-being with a cold glass of bubbles. The house is located on a large plot with trees.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
