This 2storey stone house is located on a large natural plot surrounded by high vegetation on three sides. Open terrace and balcony on the 1st floor overlooking the area.

Due to the size of the house, the pool and whirlpool you must expect higher costs for heating than in a normal pool house. The season and irregular weather conditions and/or usage of the facilities can result in higher consumption (per wkke DKK 2.000 - 6.000). Max 8 people allowed in the house at all times. No letting to school and youth groups.

The pool area has large panoramic windows and offers pool as well as a 5-seater prefilled whirlpool and direct access to the sauna .

Large kitchen with "American fridge ", cooker with ceramic hob, cooker hood and microwave. The dining room is equipped with large panoramic windows that provide sweeping views of the area.

The house is equipped with two large bathrooms on each floor. On the ground floor there is also 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds. The last bedroom is on 1st floor with direct access to the large balcony.

On the 1st floor there is a large living room with flat-screen TV, digital sound system and leather sofas and the living room overlooks the water. From the living room there is direct access to the office with a good sound system; an incredible space with a ceiling height of 4 m with a roof and gable partly in glass.

The house has a direct grass path to the water. The house is on an enclosed secluded plot with garden furniture in teak.

The house is approx. 350 m from the coast which offers many opportunities throughout the year.
