Holiday home in Grenaa

Within walking distance of one of Denmark's best beaches is this holiday cottage with a whirlpool and sauna. The house, built in 2004 by a local skilled builder, has a really good and functional layout including 3 bedrooms all equipped with double beds. There is a spacious living and dining area equipped with nice furniture and there is both a wood-burning stove and TV with many channels. Next to the living room you will find the well-equipped kitchen, equipped with all modern appliances. The big bathroom has both access to a wonderful sauna and a hot, massaging whirlpool.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
