Here you can really relax in each other's company or retire in a comfortable chair with a book, while others watch TV. The sandy beach is child-friendly and among the best in the area. One terrace facing the sea and also one behind the house. In addition, enclosed patio with shower and extra fridge/freezer in the garage. Fenced plot for ball games, swings and sandpit. The house has all technical facilities. As an extra treat there is a rowing boat with life jackets (usage at own risk/insurance). No letting to youth and builder groups.
