Holiday home in Nibe

Holiday cottage located on a 1500 m2 natural plot with lawn. The house is brightly decorated with a 45 m² large combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen was renovated in 2017 and has i.a. ceramic cooker, built-in oven and a dish washer. There are 2 bedrooms and hall with cloakroom. There is electric heating and wood-burning stove as well as energy-saving air-conditioning. Large terrace around the house. Swing and sandpit, cot and high chair.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
