Lovingly and very tastefully restored Allgäu farmhouse from the 19th century, quietly located on the edge of the village with a view of the varied hilly landscape of the Ostallgäu (736 m above sea level). The modern furnishings and the original flair are a successful combination and offer you a wonderful holiday environment. In the winter months, the wood-burning stove (environmentally friendly pellet heating) provides pleasant warmth. The house has a natural plot of 1,000 square meters with a covered seating area. On the west side, a sunbathing lawn and the cozy house sofa invite you to linger. Here you can enjoy the evening sun or watch the children play.



Activities nearby: The historic town of Kaufbeuren an der Wertach with its historic old town invites you to linger and stroll. In less than half an hour you can also reach towns such as Irsee or Bad Wörishofen. In the winter season, the Kaufbeuren Ski Club offers an extensive network of trails, from easy to challenging. If there is enough snow, guided tours to the royal palaces are possible
