Holiday home in Løkken

On top of a dune plot you will find this quality house with panoramic views over the North Sea from the plot and a small sea view from high on the plot. The house is decorated in modern Danish style with kitchen/living room in open connection with large terrace area to both the east, south and west. The living room is very spacious and the furniture in high quality and extremely tastefully composed. There is approx. 100 m to the sea and beach and approx. 500 m to Løkken town that offers travelers a wide variety of activities, dining and shopping options. From the parking lot at the house there is approx. 20 steps to the entrance. No letting to youth and builder groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
