Holiday home in Spøttrup

Cottage situated on well-kept grounds with lawn and panoramic views of the Limfjord. Well-appointed living room with wood-burning stove. There are 3 bedrooms and an entrance hall. There is both a covered and open terrace. The house has a hot tub and sauna as well as fast fiber broadband. Rowing boat available (use is under the tenant's own responsibility/insurance). The rowing boat is on a trailer. If you do not wish to row, you can rent a 6 HP boat motor for DKK 1,000.00 per week and DKK 1,500.00 for 2 weeks.

The motor is ordered upon arrival at the house. Visit Hjerl Hede, which is known for its open-air museum. Here are working workshops and people dressed in old costumes populate the old village. The museum's 40 buildings show the development of the Danish village from the 16th century up to the 20th century - with a smithy, inn, mills, school, vicarage, dairy, grocery store, farms and much more.

If you're interested in antiques, you'll find an impressive selection at Straarup Hovedgaard, which is located about 8 km from Skive. Here, the main building and gatehouse form the setting for a versatile exhibition of Danish and international antiques, classic furnishings, colonial furniture, older art and curiosities. At the nearby Dalsgaard, the farmhouse and former farm building have been converted into exhibitions with a large selection of furniture, porcelain, glass, books and handicrafts.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
