In Trend, you will find this renovated summer house, which is bright and cozy in just the right way. The house has an entrance hall, a well-equipped kitchen/family room with an open connection to the living room with high ceilings and a wood-burning stove, as well as three bedrooms. In addition, there is a large bathroom with a shower and washing machine. Spacious living room with wood-burning stove and internet. There are large, lovely terrace areas, both open and covered, designed so that you can enjoy the sun to the fullest and find both shelter and shade. A lovely garden room means that summer is especially long when you stay in this house. Large grounds designed for family vacations with time for togetherness, including a campfire area in one corner where both children and adults can enjoy some quality time. Youth groups are not permitted.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
