Older holiday cottage with a thatched roof idyllically located in the southern part of Løkken on a very hilly elevated dune plot with beautiful sea views from the terrace and plot. The house includes an open-plan kitchen and living room. There is also a west facing conservatory with sea views, three bedrooms and a bathroom. There is an energy-efficient heat pump. Access to the double room is from the terrace. There are four quite steep steps from the living room and into the bathroom. Around the house is laid out several small terraces, all with sweeping views of the dune area and in some places the sea. Also, there is a sunset bench, from where you can enjoy the view in the evenings. Note: Because of the high location of the house, there is approx. 35 steps from the parking lot and up to the front door. No letting to groups cf. § 3.5 in DC terms and conditions.
