This beautiful fully renovated holiday home is within walking distance of the centre, in a sunny location. The holiday home consists of several separate apartments, each with a full floor at their disposal. You be occupying the apartment on the 1st and 2nd floor, so you'll be the only guests in this house. Ideal for families or friends travelling together. Each apartment has its own entrance. In addition to a spacious modern kitchen, you have a beautiful living room for each apartment, as well as 2 amazing bedrooms. The gorgeous bathroom has a shower and sink. The toilet is separate. At the entrance you have your own private roof terrace. There is a bicycle storage room which can be used as a ski storage room in the winter that is for shared use. There is also a ski boot warmer here. The centre is quickly and easily reached on foot, where you can find many options if you want to go shopping or eat at a restaurant. In the winter the ski lift is a short distance from the house, but you can of course also use the ski bus. There are of course more than enough opportunities for cross-country skiing, hiking or a sleigh trip. Do not forget to visit the Bramberg toboggan run, which is one of the longest toboggan runs in Europe. In the summer there are plenty of activities organised, you can enjoy hiking, mountain biking and you shouldn't forget a visit to the waterfalls of Krimml.
