Holiday home in Hudiksvall N

In Näsviken outside Hudiksvall in the middle of Sweden, this high-rise house is located in its own oasis, which in summer is full of flowers and crops. The house is located on a hill with lovely views out over Lake Dellen.

Dell's (north) rounded shape is an astroblem that remains from the impact crater that formed when a meteorite hit the earth about 90-110 million years ago. The original impact crater had a diameter of about 19 kilometers. The lakes have been named after the rock dellenite and the asteroid 7704 Dellen, which was discovered in 1992. The trout in Dellen make the lakes immensely popular with anglers.

The house is airy and welcoming. A spacious hall leads both to the large lovely kitchen and also into the living room. Since the house is located on a hill, you have a nice view from all windows.

There are two bedrooms with a double bed in each room. From the hall you get to the toilet and laundry room. The terrace is 100 sqm with a wonderful view of the lake which is 200 meters down and has a long fine sandy beach with table, barbecue area, barbecue and outdoor furniture is also available on the large terrace. On each side there is a glazed porch to sit on during cool summer evenings. Out in the yard there are large areas to move on.

The beautiful forest invites to pleasant walks and here the children can find games and have fun among both cones and sticks. Just 700 meters up there is a wonderful view of the lakes. There are excellent hiking trails and you are welcome to bring your packed lunch and discover the area.

The summer offers many activities - fiddler meetings, kayaking, fishing, golf or just enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful nature.
