The house was built in 1969 and renovated in 1999, so that it now appears well maintained and with excellent, personalised decor. There is an open concept kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with washing machine. The plot is a large lawn partly surrounded by trees. There are swings for the children.
