The Chalet Orléans as built in 2017 and lies on the south slope, just 8 minutes on foot from Hinterthal. It is very luxuriously equipped and offers a cozy Austrian atmosphere at the same time. Breathtaking views of the Hochkönig mountain range stretch out in front of the balconies and large windows. The apartment is large and luxurious, but comfortably and practically furnished at the same time. It is in a beautiful location with fantastic views in all directions. You can ski directly from the house to the lift and the cross-country skiing trail is right behind the house. The large, sunny, open-plan living room offers every comfort. An open fireplace and the deep corner sofa ensure cozy evening hours and the fully equipped kitchenette with a wooden dining table for 8 people is ideal for family meals. There are 2 double bed rooms with ensuite bathrooms and another double bed room (Stadl) with bathroom. There is a sauna with shower in the basement. In the garage there is space for one car, ski stands and ski shoe warmer. There are 2 additional parking spaces in front of the house. The village is located at 1000m of altitude and lies at the foot of the Hochkönig mountains. Across from your apartment is the Hochmaisbahn and this ski lift will bring you to the pistes of Hinterthal and Maria Alm. These villages are part of the Hochkönig skiing area that stretches from Maria-Alm to Dienten and Mühlbach. The ski lifts are open in the summer too and there is a lot for young and old to experience in this beautiful area. There are 3 ski lifts that connect the Hochkönig skiing area with 150km of pistes and a children's ski lift with ski school for every age.
