Holiday home in Kungälv C

Welcome to the countryside to Bräcke which belongs to Kärna, and which is only 30 minutes by car from both Marstrand and Gothenburg. A winding nice gravel road leads into the cottage from the main road. Here you meet beautiful nature, feel the peace and hear the birds chirping. This house includes bed linen in the price and families with children under 12 are not recommended to book due to the slightly steeper stairs down to the basement.

The house has a large and pleasant terrace with the opportunity to sit both under a roof, in the warming sun or in the fantastic glazed porch. Here are all variants according to need and weather.

A welcoming entrance with a fully tiled and very fresh bathroom straight ahead with toilet and shower. Directly to the right is a bedroom with a single bed (90cm). A staircase leads down to the basement where another bathroom is with shower and washing machine.

To the left of the hall you will find the kitchen with dining area and balcony door leading out to the terrace. Inside here is a living room with TV and wood burning stove for cooler evenings. On the right side is another cozy bedroom with double bed (2 * 90cm).

One of the highlights of the house is the lovely glazed veranda with its large openable glass sections from floor to ceiling. These are soundproof and have UV protection. Here you like to sit for days and evenings in the cozy lounge furniture.

The house is located in a small cottage area but still central. In to Kungälv which is a larger town nearby it is only 2.2 miles. Here you will find everything from restaurants to entertainment and shopping.

The area where the cottage is located is known for its ancient remains from the Stone Age as well as its rich animal and bird life. Nearby is Tofta Manor and also Tofta Golf Club. 2 bicycles are available to borrow.
