This cozy house in Livigno is located close to the ski elevator, making it ideal for winter sports enthusiasts. The accommodation is also equipped with a ski storage room and parking.

As we can imagine that you do not feel like cooking yourself every night, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that a delicious restaurant can be found just 100 m walk from the accommodation. There are entertainment venues 100 m away and the center of Livigno is no more than 3 km from the property.

The open-plan kitchen has a coffee machine so you can wake up quietly in the morning, and there is a microwave for the quick meal.

The ski bus to Linea Blue e Verde departs 50 m from the accommodation.

We offer a discount on ski passes of min. 6 days, € 10 for adults and € 5 for junior (8 to 15 years) and senior (from 65 years), except for families of 2 adults + 2 or more children and groups of 20 or more people.

The discount will not be valid for: - a family of 2 adults + 2 or more children as they already have a discount of 10% - groups of 20 or more people because they are already entitled to a discount of 5%
