Light lunch with local BBQ, and visit to the majestic Grotte della Gurfa between history and legend. - Peasant and Mediterranean cooking courses, under the vision of our chef Lino with thirty years of experience we will prepare a true Sicilian typical menu with ingredients collected in our farm. A way to make people understand what we were through food, because we like to tell the food of the past, where the real actors will be our guests. At the end of the cooking we will all be seated at the table to taste the cooked dishes together with a typically local wine tasting. -Bread bakery course and pizza with ancient Sicilian motheryeast and cooking in a wood oven, "Le Mani in Pasta" -Visit and tasting at local wineries. -Vintage tour with vintage cars in the territory. _Palermo walking street food, a different way of getting to know Palermo through street food, a tour that lasts about 5 hours between history, culture, food and wine.
