Cutigliano is a 20-minute ride and is one of the most charming medieval borough of the entire province.

Near the house is a riding school with instructor for horse lovers. From Cutigliano you can reach the adventure park (Parco Avventura dell'Appennino Pistoiese) at 1600 meters in Doganaccia in just a few minutes. In about 1h20 you reach Florence and Pisa and Lucca and in less than 40 'you reach Abetone, famous for the ski slopes. In 10 minutes you can reach the Pistoiese observatory in Gavinana. Another place to visit at 10 km distance is for example the "Suspension Bridge / Ponte Sospeso" in Mammiano which was built in 1922 with a maximum height of 40 m and a length of about 212 m. It is one of the longest hanging pedestrian bridges to world.
