Holiday home in Nibe

Holiday cottage located directly on the quay at Nibe Marina. Great views over the marina, the bay and the whole area. The house includes a combined living room and kitchen (1 sofa bed), a double bedroom and a 16 m² large mezzanine with two beds and a bathroom. Washing machine and dryer. There is 12 m² terrace approx. 10 m from the water with a wonderful view of life on and around the marina. In addition, 24 m² enclosed patio. At one end of the harbour there is a large harbour bath with changing rooms and sun terrace, and at the other end there is a beach with a jetty.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
