The house was built in 1980, extended in 2003 and modernised again in 2011. Large living room/open concept kitchen, conservatory, three bedrooms (one double bed is 1.20 m wide), activity room, bathroom with whirlpool and sauna and guest toilet. Large, open terrace. The living rooms appear extremely bright and appealing, and the conservatory is almost a glass arcade with light throughout the day. The many m² make the house suitable for a large family or two families wishing to spend their holiday together. There is air-to-air heat pump to ensure the least possible energy costs. The activity room has airhockey, darts, billiards and flat-screen TV. The plot is slightly hilly, open plot of grass, suitable for playing, sunbathing or fun around the grill.

A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
