A cosy, well-maintained, thatched holiday home with 81 square metres of living space awaits you here. It is situated on a beautiful, partly fenced and well-kept natural plot of 2,000 square metres. Here you are very close to the North Sea and yet you will almost always find a sheltered spot.
Layout: Entrance hallway with cloakroom, from here access to the sauna and bathroom with shower, whirlpool and washing machine. Bright, cosy living room with beautiful fabric furniture, wood-burning stove and integrated kitchen equipped with all modern appliances. It also has a bar area where you can enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning or an aperitif before dinner.
Access to the south-facing terrace from the living room and access to the west-facing terrace from the kitchen. A total of 3 bedrooms with plenty of cupboard space: one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and one with a single bed as well as a small pull-out table, which is practical for playing, drawing or working. Free internet and an additional fridge/freezer in the attached shed. There is also a Bluetooth radio with speakers in the house and a smart TV on which you can use streaming services.
Good to know: The holiday home is heated by an energy-efficient heat pump.
