The apartment is located in a building in Riccione near Adriatic Coast, 80 meters from the sea & beach. Having 1 spacious bedroom, and an open-plan equipped kitchen, it can accommodate 4 persons, especially a family. The guest can use the elevator to get to the apartment. The apartments are modern and comfortably furnished with satellite TV, air conditioning (from end June to end August), oven, safe, balcony or private courtyard. Guests can use the parking places (to be requested on booking). Small pets are accepted on request (extra charge). You are 600 m away from Viale Ceccarini, a long street full of exclusive boutiques, shops, bars, and restaurants. The famous water park 'Aquafan', is 3 km away. Other places of interest are Stella di Natale illuminata (2 km), Oltremare (3 km), Antica Pescheria (12 km) and Fiabilandia (6 km). The Casal - Chiesa Bus station is 6 km away from the accommodation.
