The house is suitable for those who would like a house without the great luxury. The house contains 3 bedrooms (be 1: 1 double bed / 2 box mattresses, be 2: 1 bunk bed with 2 beds, be 3: 1 bunk bed with 2 beds), open kitchen with living room, lovely conservatory, covered terrace with outdoor fireplace and secluded closed garden. In Teglgårdsparken there is a communal pool area from mid-May to late August (free of charge), large newly renovated playground, grocery store and restaurant. There is plenty of opportunity for many lovely walks in the scenic area along the gudenå where there is also fishing.
