Holiday home in Lagardiolle

On top of a mountain with a view of the Pyrenees and on the edge of a small hamlet is this beautiful large house. A narrow path through the woods will take you to this little hamlet where your friendly Irish host Ben will do everything to make your vacation unforgettable. Coziness for those who want it and privacy for those who prefer to stay alone. Originally there were two houses as you can see that in the 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and different floors. And yet it is very nicely and tastefully decorated with a large garden as well as a private swimming pool. Ideal to spend your vacation with multiple families or groups! There is a large barbecue area which is easily accessible from the back of the house. The house is on the border of the departments of Aude and Tarn, half an hour's drive from the largest fortified city in Europe: Carcassonne. In the wider area there are several lakes where you can canoe and go rafting on the river Aude! The area is unspoilt and impressive. You can enjoy walking and cycling here. Be sure to visit the Saturday market in Revel, one of the 100 most beautiful markets in France. General supplies and a doctor are available at a distance of 12 km. The town centre is located 20 km away from the cottage. Carcassonne Airport lies 38 km away.
