Holiday home in Hetlín

Hana is a pleasant, detached house, located in the quiet village of Hetlín, around 17 km south of Kutná Hora and around 80 km south-east of Prague. This brand new house (completed in 2017) has a tasteful interior. The fully equipped kitchen provides direct access to the enclosed garden with terrace. There's also some comfortable garden furniture and a barbecue in the garden. Interesting sights in the area include the city of Kutná Hora, which is one of the most beautiful, historical cities in the Czech Republic. Its Cathedral of St. Barbara is a magnificent Gothic church, which illustrates the importance that this city had in the 14th and 15th century. The Italian Court (Vlašský dvůr) in Kutná Hora and the Ossuary (Kostnice) in Sedlec are also worth a visit. The owner of the house works as a tour guide in Kutná Hora. Her English is excellent and she would be more than happy to inform you about interesting things to do in Prague and/or surroundings. And she'd also love to take you for a city walk around Kutná Hora of course. Kutná Hora features both an outdoor and an indoor swimming pool. But there are also plenty of ponds nearby the house, where you could go swimming or fishing. Hana is an ideal holiday home for guest looking for tranquillity, history and fishing.

In the surrounding there are various chances to discover local beauties. Next to the country house you can walk around or cycle and enjoy deep forests. Except for those, you can make a trip into the UNESCO town Kutná Hora where you can admire the architekture such as St. Barbora’s cathedral, Italian Court, Gask - a gallery and its modern garden, Hrádek - a museum of silver mining, Lego Museum, Ossuary, Chocolate Museum. On the way, you can taste the local meals in Rybářská bašta Černíny - great and cheap meals on the spot and take-aways as well or in Restaurace Na Pašince Kutná Hora - international and delicious Czech cuisine. In the afternoon you can take a short break in Krab cukrárna in Kutná Hora where very good Czech sweets are offered. We are looking forward to you!
