Homely and spacious cottage with good standard and close to the sea in Svanesund on southeastern Orust. The cottage is quietly located in a smaller cottage bordering forest and sea.

Here you are far from the city noise and traffic and can enjoy the tranquility and the beautiful location with good chances to see the forest animals pass. A perfect cottage for families who want to live near the sea with salt baths, service and many attractions in the immediate area.

Just a few minutes walk to the small swimming area "Forest" with both jetty, sandy beach and cliffs. Here you can lie almost completely to yourself. If you prefer a larger bathing area, continue for about 1 km more the municipal and handicap-friendly swimming area with diving towers, jetties, sandy beach, cliffs and lawn.

Real plot with lawn for play and games and a lovely terrace where you can enjoy your holiday over a good meal with a drink. The house is one one-storey villa with basement. The entrance floor contains two bedrooms, toilet, living room with TV corner with access to the terrace and modern bright kitchen with dining area. Downstairs there is a newly tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine as well as another bedroom with two single beds.

Close to restaurants, entertainment and other services in Svanesund. If you are hungry after shopping, Stenungsund has about 60 shops that you can easily reach with a free car ferry. Also take the opportunity to experience the archipelago and the small fishing villages around Orust. Feel free to take the ferry to the picturesque islands Käringön or Gullholmen.

Orust is the island with events with festivals, jazz days, museum weeks and lots of activities for both children and adults. About 70 km south is the city of Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg and a lively amusement park.
