You'll be Sitting in the Lap of Luxury! No expense was spared in the complete remodel of this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath luxury townhouse style condo. The floor to ceiling remodel features high-end flooring, new fixtures, new cabinetry, and new appliances plus new furnishings and accompaniments. The main floor features one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a flat screen monitor, a half bath with an American Standard pedestal sink, a fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops, ceramic tile flooring, a Fisher and Paykel refrigerator/freezer, a matching Fisher and Paykel double drawer dishwasher, a Jenn Air range/oven, plus a GS microwave oven...all in stainless, of course! The living room features a comfortable leather seating, a dining table for four, a flat screen monitor, a breathtaking House of Fire gas fireplace encased in marble, and a walk-out balcony with forested territorial views. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and another flat screen monitor, a tiled 3/4 bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer round out the package. This WIFI equipped and monitored family vacation property will comfortable sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year-round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free WIFI a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
Mt. Baker Lodging properties include dishes, pots/pans, silverware and linens; pillows, bedding and 1 set of towels per guest. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside. In addition, 3 rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink and shower, and 2 rolls of paper towels in the kitchen are provided. Utilities (water, heat, electrical, local phone service) are included.
WIFI service is provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WIFI SERVICE fails to function properly.
