Holiday home in Åtvidaberg

Welcome to this attractive holiday home which is traditional on the outside and modern on the inside. It was built in 2012 and is tastefully decorated and well-equipped.

You enter the house on the upper floor, since the bottom floor is partly subterranean. On the entrance floor, you will find a modern, open-plan kitchen/ dining area with all the necessary amenities, plus a dishwasher and a wood-burning stove. The entrance floor also features a bathroom with underfloor heating, a WC, a washbasin, a bath tub, and a hand-held shower.

A narrow, and somewhat steep, staircase takes you down to the bottom floor, where you will find a family room with a sofa, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a stereo. The bedroom features a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space. The house has free WiFi.

The house has a wooden terrace with outdoor furniture, perfect for a refreshing cup of coffee or tea before you explore the area! There are plenty of lovely lakes in the area. The closest sandy beach is only one kilometre away. The seaside is about 50 kilometres away, it would take about an hour to drive there. The city of Linköping is 35 kilometres away, offering museums, shopping malls, and a lovely “old town”. Another great destination for a daytrip is the wildlife park Kolmården, near Norrköping!
