Holiday home in Orust Municipality

This newly-built, high-standard cottage is set in the charming town of Stocken, on western Orust. It is set close to the sea and is the perfect holiday home for those who are looking for a modern, comfortable place. The cottage is set on a natural plot where elk and deer often walk by. There's a large wooden terrace where you can relax in a sun lounger and enjoy your holiday.

The cottage is tastefully decorated and features a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room with a TV and a sofa bed. The living room opens onto the lovely terrace. The bathroom is fully tiled and contains an electric toilet and a shower. A ladder takes you up to the cosy mezzanine which is equipped with three mattresses.

You will be within walking distance of two excellent, child-friendly beaches. Stocken Camping is a kilometre away and offers services such as a bakery, a shop, a restaurant, mini golfing, and an ice cream kiosk. You can also rent a boat or a kayak here. If you continue walking a bit further, you will reach Stocken with it's picturesque docks and old angler's houses turned seaside shops. There's also a fish monger's shop about 7km away where you can buy fresh fish.

Why not visit Tofta Sjögård which dates back to the 1700's. You can also catch ferry from Tuvesvik to the islands of Käringön or Gullholmen, one of the oldest fishing communities in Bohuslän. The island of Orust offers a variety of activities, such as kayaking, diving, fishing, golfing, and swimming. Tjörn and Orust offer many charming seaside towns such as Klädesholmen, Kyreksund, Hälleviksstrand och Mollösund, lovely places to visit. Sundsby Säteri offers beautiful walking paths and caves to explore. It also offers a bakery and a coffee shop.The city of Gothenburg is 75 kilometres away.
