Villa in Markoci

Your villa is located in the small town of Markoci, not far from the medieval town of Labin (11 km) which has plenty to offer including museums, shops and, from Fortica castle, an amazing panoramic view across Kvarner bay. During summer, various activities are organised here. The seaside resort of Rabac (7 km) features wonderful pebble beaches, a crystal clear sea and nice terraces and restaurants, too. There's an interesting wine and olive route starting at 2.5 km distance and you can get all your groceries within 2,5 km, too. You'll have a spacious, covered terrace with dining table at your disposal. This allows you to find a nice shady spot, even during the hot Istrian summers. The house is surrounded by a large, enclosed garden with playing equipment for the kids and of course, your own private swimming pool with loungers.
