This lovely holiday home is set by lake Holmensjön, outside of the town of Uddevalla. It is close to lovely bathing spots and a boat is included in the rent. The house also features a private sauna.

The one-storey cottage features a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The living room has a high ceiling and large windows facing the lake. The living room also features a pellet stove, a TV, a sofa suite, and access to wireless internet. The master bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has oe single bed. The bathroom is beautifully decorated and features a WC, a washbasin, a shower, a washing machine, and a sauna. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The kitchen and the living room open onto the large terrace.

By Holmensjön you will find the boat that you have access to during your stay. The public beach of Saltkällefjorden is only 10 kilometres away. If you enjoy outdoor activities, the fell Herrestadsfjället is only a 15-minute drive from the cottage and offers great fishing and beautiful walking paths. Golfers have two 18-hole golf courses to choose between, Dagsholms GK in Färjelanda and Torreby in Munkedal. Both of them are within a distance of 25 kilometres.
