Holiday house "Le Rote" is a splendid and rustic country house placed in the heart of tuscany hills. It's the ideal place for living a relaxing and peacefull vacation away from urban noises, only a few kilometers away from the sea and from some of the most important tuscans art cities such as Siena, Florence, Pisa, San Giminiano and Volterra.
The country house is surrounded by a 120 hectares of a pristine natural environment filled by many path on which you can trek, and, with a little bit of luck, meet foxes, deers, pheasants and many other little animals.
The living space is about 250 mq, and it's part of an ancient tuscan farm from 1700, which faces on a wonderful swimmingpool from where you can enjoy an amazing sight of tuscan countryside in a complete privacy.
Furnished with taste, it is composed of 3 double rooms, 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 wide living room with a big and functioning fireplace along with a full equipped kitchen. In the barbeque area you will find the ancient wood-fired oven and one big grill, with which you can taste the traditional "Fiorentina alla brace".

The house can fit up to 8/9 persons, and consists in:
American style kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle and all the dishes and  tablecloths you will need.
Wide living room with big tuscan style fireplace, 2 sofas, TV (cable/satellite), Hi-Fi implant and internet access.
3 double bedrooms (one with private bathroom)
1 room with 2 single beds
1 bathroom with bathtub and shower
1 bathroom with shower
All the rooms and bathrooms are provided with the necessary linencloth.
Swimming pool with night time illumination, equipped with deckchairs and sun beds (the pool is min 1,3m deep, max 2,3 m deep).
