Set amidst lush landscapes, Petro Kampos Villa 1 features 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms and a peaceful setting ideal for relaxation. Designed for comfort and privacy, the villa includes a private seasonal swimming pool, surrounded by deckchairs, parasol, and a BBQ area, ideal for lazy afternoons under the Cretan sun.

The villa sits near the charming village of Panormo, just 4 km away, where you’ll find tavernas, mini-markets, beaches, caves, and more. Whether you're into sunbathing, snorkeling, or trying out local water sports, this area has something for everyone. Families will appreciate the children’s play equipment and available bicycles, adding fun for all age groups.

Perfect Base to Explore Crete
With Perama and Panormo just 4 km away, Bali at 7 km, and Rethymnon only 25 km from the villa, this home is a great base to explore the island. The heated pool (available on request, with 24 hours’ notice) adds a touch of luxury, making your stay even more comfortable year-round. This countryside escape blends natural beauty, modern amenities, and easy access to Crete's best attractions.

Our guests will also have the chance to explore the surrounding area by riding the two bikes provided at the he beautiful countryside. Furthermore, the owners of the Villa own a traditional tavern, where you can enjoy your breakfast, homemade meals, coffee and ice creams at any time, as it’s just 50 meters away from the Villas. Free welcome meal at your arrival. Swimmingpool can be heated in the months April, May and October. Extra costs € 25,-- per day. If one wishes to have the pool heated, this will be for the complete lenght of the stay. The pool can not be heated for only a couple of days. If guests do like to have this option, please let us know at least 5 days before arrival, in order to be able to prepare this.
