This spacious, attractively furnished villa has on the ground floor a separate studio with its own entrance consisting of a living / dining kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom and its own terrace. Through the main entrance you come into a magnificent hall. On this level you will also find a luxurious bedroom with its own bathroom which has direct access to the terrace and pool. On the 1st floor is a very well equipped kitchen and a large living room followed by a large covered terrace. Also here are the five luxury bedrooms with three bathrooms. On the 2nd floor is the master bedroom with bathroom and a bedroom for children (bunk bed). On the terrace you can enjoy at the long table, or one of the lounge beds by the breathtaking views over Cavailaire-sur-Mer, behind the Mediterranean. Of course, we'll mention again, the beautiful white sandy beach adjacent to the typical southern French umbrella trees. At just 2 km away, you will arrive at the boulevard of Cavalaire-sur-Mer and here you'll have plenty of choice of cozy restaurants. In the center of Cavalaire-sur-Mer, you can go for groceries and a bakery. Cavalaire-sur-Mer is situated just before the Golfe de Saint-Tropez between Le Lavandou and Sainte-Maxime. Due to its location on the Mediterranean Sea and with the Massif des Maures behind it, Cavalaire-sur-Mer benefits from a pleasant climate. The original fishing village has become one of the most popular resorts on the Cote d'Azur. The white sandy beach is 4 km wide and water sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves here with surfing, sailing, swimming and water skiing. In the evenings, enjoy a nice stroll on the boulevard towards the bustling harbor where you can enjoy a tasty bouillabaisse on a cozy terrace of one of the many restaurants in the port! You can take lovely trips from Cavalaire-sur-Mer and even just driving along the beautiful scenic coastal route is an experience.
