The farmhouse features a thoughtfully designed upper-floor layout, including two gallery bedrooms, one with a mix of single and double beds and a TV, and another with a double bed and dining space. A fully equipped open kitchen includes an induction hob, boiling water tap, coffee machine, and fridge-freezer. Two modern bathrooms, both with showers and bidets, ensure comfort for all. Guests can also enjoy access to a large shared swimming pool (16 x 8 m, open May–September), a garden with play equipment, a barbecue area, and ample parking.

Surrounding attractions include the Leaning Tower of Pisa, a global icon just 30 minutes away, and the Renaissance wonders of Florence, just over an hour’s drive. Nature lovers can visit the beaches of Tirrenia (15 km) or go horseback riding nearby. This apartment is ideally located for those who want a relaxing as well as a cultural holiday. In July and August, every Thursday we offere a bite to eat with some music and guests can always request a very good continental breakfast with local produce. At a short distance you will find the Tuscan coastline that is full of beaches where you can spend a day at sea, for example Tirrenia and Marina di Pisa. Nearby is Livorno, where you could visit the aquarium, take a stroll along the harbor and watch the sunset on the famous Mascagni Square. Tuscany is a region rich in art and there is really an embarrassment of choice to places to visit from cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Siena, Pistoia and Florence to the small villages such as Volterra, San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa and Certaldo.
