Holiday home in Barat

Villa Soricevi Dvori is a renovated stone house (semi-detached house) located in the village Barat in the Kanfanar area. The house consists of two houses, each with separate entrance and is located on own enclosed property of 1200 m2 on which the following facilities are at guests` disposal: outdoor swimming pool of 40 m2, covered terrace for outdoor dining, fireplace for barbecue, children playground and several parking spaces. On the ground floor of the house on the neighbouring plot, that owns the same house owner, the guests of Soricevi Dvori have on their disposal wellness with whirlpool, Finnish sauna, steam bath, exercise equipment and relax zone. The discreet house owner occasionally uses the flat on the first floor above the wellness, but the wellness stays only at the guests` disposal. In the village Barat near Soricevi Dvori there is a multipurpose playground that offers free use of: tennis, handball, basketball and mini soccer court. In the village there is also free bocce court. Holiday home for 8-12 persons that consists of two separate and completely air-conditioned houses. The first house consists of ground floor in which is located a living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting furniture, fireplace and separate toilet with washing machine. From the living area there is direct access to the covered terrace with dining table and chairs. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with additional bed for one person, own shower/toilet. One of them with one double bed and one with two separate single but connectable beds. The second house consists also of a ground floor in which is a living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sitting furniture, fireplace and separate toilet with washing machine. On the first floor there is an air-conditioned bedroom with own shower/toilet, double bed and additional bed for one person. On the second floor/attic there is one more air-conditioned double bedroom with two separate single but connectable beds, additional bed for one person and own shower/toilet.
