Holiday home in Jegum

Holiday cottage located on a cul-de-sac on a natural plot surrounded by trees. The house was renovated in 2018 and has i.a. energy-efficient heat pump and 50/50 Mbit internet. The house is only 43 m2 but the cosy and bright furnishings and layout make it feel much bigger. From the combined living and dining room in open connection to kitchen you have views of the surrounding nature through the large window sections. Here you can watch TV or play boardgames. Besides the bathroom with shower, washer and underfloor heating there are 3 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
