In the 1st row to the ocean, right behind the dunes, is this holiday cottage approx. 50 m from the North Sea. Open concept kitchen and living room with TV with i.a. international channels and wood-burning stove. Well-equipped kitchen with i.a. ceramic cooker and dish washer. 4 bedrooms and a large bathroom with i.a. whirlpool and underfloor heating. For the children there are cot and high chair and outside you will find swings and a sandpit. Both open and covered terrace where you can enjoy your dinner while the sun sets into the North Sea.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.

This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.

The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.

This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
