Description
The small holiday park Podere Capannoli is located very close to Pisa. Sitting on a lounger under one of the large parasols, you can enjoy the view of the surrounding area, with the many cypresses and pine trees that are so typical of this area. Sports lovers don't need to be bored here either. In the park itself there is a wonderful tennis court, in Castelfalfi (20 km) an 18-hole golf course and in Pontedera (10 km) a riding school. The little ones have a great time on the play equipment and under the pine trees. Podere Capannoli consists of 9 comfortable bungalows built together and a few small chalets. The bungalows are located next to the shared swimming pool with a diving board and a separate children's pool. The terraces of the bungalows are separated by small walls and the gardens by a hedge, so there is enough privacy.
Your air-conditioned accommodation has a pool view, a living room and a bedroom on the ground floor, as well as an open sleeping gallery with a double bed.
In order to get to know "la dolce vita" even better, cooking courses with Tuscan cuisine are offered on site, informative walks through the in-house garden with fruit and vegetables, and wine tastings.
Chef Mike offers the following courses, for which you can register on site (payable on site):
- Course A: Preparation of homemade pasta with a final two-course menu + homemade dessert + wine and drinks €90.00 per person + kitchen apron as a souvenir
- Course B: Preparation of pizza with a final dinner with three types of pizza + homemade dessert + beer €90.00 per person + kitchen apron as a souvenir
We particularly recommend a visit to the restaurant, where you can savour delicious local cuisine.
Your dog is also very welcome here. Please keep your dog on a lead in the communal areas.

Pisa is of course known for its leaning tower. Galileo supposedly dropped objects from this tower to study the properties of falling. Next to it is the magnificent cathedral and the baptistery. The most characteristic street, however, is probably Via Santa Maria, which connects the Piazza del Duomo with the Arno. The huge buildings still reflect the splendor and splendor of earlier times.
