The estate, of about 40 hectares, houses a lake, surrounded by woods, large enough for fishing, and an example of architecture of the Roman period. Together with the occupants of the other apartments, you will have access to a large swimming pool with a children’s pool area, outdoor shower, playground, a small playground, and a patio with seating. The apartment is located just 3 kilometers from the village of Foiano della Chiana, where you can do your daily shopping, have a good meal, and find the train station. Cortona, about 20 kilometers away, is worth a visit. This city is situated on top of a hill and is one of the oldest cities in Italy - it is truly amazing. Lake Trasimeno is 25 km away and is worth a visit. In addition, cities like Arezzo (30 km), Siena (50 km), and Perugia (65 km) are highly recommended for a fun day out._x000D_
