Holiday home in Vouilly

This beautifully renovated holiday home is located only about 10 minutes from the sandy beach of Grandcamp-Maisy (7 km). The stone walls and the authentic wooden joists were well preserved during the renovation. The house has been in the family of the discreet home owners, who live on the domain too, for about a hundred years. You each have your own driveway and they can't see you. For your daily groceries you can go to Grandcamp-Maisy. You can also dine in one of the several restaurants here, where delicious fresh fish is often on the daily menu. Tennis court in Isigny-sur-Mer (5 km). Swimming pool in Carentan (15 km). 18-Hole golf course in Port-Bessin (27 km). You're in between the well known invasion beaches of Omaha (35 km) and Utah Beach (20 km). The city Bayeux (30 km) is one of the first freed cities of Normandy and remained completely intact. You can still admire the medieval houses there and the cathedral of Notre-Dame. If you want to know more about D-day, you can visit the museum of the battle of Normandy. You can discover gorgeous, impressive castles in Colombières (15 km), Balleroy (34 km) and Creully (40 km).
