Villa in Saint-Paul

An exquisite villa, with a unique location and a very private character. This villa, built in the 70s, was one of the first houses built on this beautiful hill near the famous town of Saint-Paul-de-Vence. And as the saying goes: first come, first served. From there, the view is magnificent. Around the villa is a large garden with lawn and a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue and beautiful large fir trees. The private swimming pool, with Roman steps and an outdoor shower, is surrounded by Mediterranean plants and flowers. The sun loungers and garden furniture are on the terrace around the pool.

From the garden, you have a breathtaking view of Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the Mediterranean in the background. In the meantime, other villas have been built on the hill (including that of the car racing fanatic Schumacher and the homes of other celebrities) and it is still always good to live there in a quiet and green environment.

You cannot miss a visit to the famous town of Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the Maeght Foundation (both 2 km away). And what do you think of Vence (6 km) and the perfume city of Grasse (19 km)? Cannes, Antibes and Nice are about half an hour's drive away. The beaches are about 12 km away.
