Bij de renovatie van de quinta is rekening gehouden met duurzaamheid; het huis is zelfvoorzienend en wordt warm/koel gehouden door een warmtepomp. De accommodatie is rolstoeltoegankelijk: de ingang is breed en het huis heeft geen drempels. Ook de tuin en het zwembad zijn gemakkelijk toegankelijk. Het zwembad is geopend vanaf mei tot in oktober. Deze woning maakt deel uit van een complex van 3 woningen en het zwembad en de tuin worden gedeeld met andere gasten.
