Located centrally in charming Falkenberg, close to the sea, you will find this 19th-century Halland-style farmhouse. With a garden facing all directions, you can make the most of the sun.
Everything in Falkenberg is within walking or cycling distance—whether you are heading into town or going for a swim at Skrea Beach or Stafsinge Beach.
The house is fully equipped with all the amenities you need, and with two bathrooms, it is perfectly suited for multiple families.

The garden features both a barbecue and a pizza oven—created by "Lilla Napoli"—allowing your culinary creativity to flourish. Enjoy late evenings on the patio—memorable moments on the West Coast that you won't soon forget.

Within walking distance, you will find a grocery store as well as the town center, which offers many cozy restaurants and cafés.

The bedrooms are arranged as follows:
Bedroom 1: One double bed
Bedroom 2: One double bed
Bedroom 3: One double bed
Bedroom 4: One bunk bed (120 cm + 80 cm)
Bedroom 5: One 120 cm bed

During the high season, the house is rented on a Sunday-to-Sunday basis.
At other times, rental periods are flexible according to your needs.

Cleaning services can be added for 1,500 SEK.

Pets: An additional fee of 500 SEK per stay applies. Guests are responsible for vacuuming sofas, cushions, and other textiles if pets have been present.
