"Set on the lovely green grounds, this beautiful 2-bedroom holiday home is in Erp. It is ideal for large families or groups and can accommodate 6 guests. It has a private furnished garden to enjoy delicious home-cooked meals and relax in the sun. The home is only 400 m from the forest. The local grocery store, restaurant and the town centre are 3 km away. For a superb day out, the lake lies 10 km from the property. A living room with a fireplace (gas) is great to spend quality time together. There is a private terrace to linger with a cool drink after returning from excursions. You can rent bicycles (paid) if you wish to explore the little town. Parking can be done on the premises. A high chair, playpen and children’s bed are provided for the kids. Air conditioning is available. Parties are not allowed. You can check-in between 4-6 PM whereas check-out begins from 10-11 AM."
