The house is set in a 1,000 m² fruit-tree garden with mature trees and views over the open farmland of Skåne, with a stable not far away. The house is heated by energy-efficient heat pumps.
There are two bedrooms and one living room. Both bedrooms have double beds, and an extra futon mattress can be provided upstairs. The house has all modern facilities, high-speed internet and a TV connected via Google Chromecast.
Beddinge Golf Club and the Beddinge tennis courts, which can be booked online, are just 7 km away. Copenhagen, Ystad, Lund and Malmö are all within easy reach for a day trip or city break.
The private jacuzzi is included for up to 2 hours per day — plenty of time to relax and enjoy the sunset. Additional jacuzzi time can be arranged for 100 SEK per hour.
