It is advisable to take the Stelluccia restaurant or the La Perla bar in the Colli di Fontanelle as a reference point, and the last 250 m cannot be covered by a car, so must be covered on foot. The house is not suited for people with reduced mobility.

Breakfast includes traditional homemade marmelade and pastries. The property has a quaint nature path that takes you along olive and citrus groves and leads to a limestone spur.
