The furnished garden is an ideal spot for enjoying your drinks, while barbecue prepares meals. A wood cooker is pleasant surprise, as you can cook your own pizza here. On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a beautiful spacious living room with open fireplace. Parking is on-site.

The task, I must say, is helped by the beauty of our land and the built-in elegance and comfort of the holiday homes on our la Collina estate. I personally try to ensure that all our guests have an unforgettable experience. After their welcome -- accompanied by a bottle of our excellent Sangiovese, a tempting invitation to savour the many products of our land -- I am at our guests' disposal. I can suggest and organise magical moments: walks in the woods, trips to local art treasures, or gastronomic tours. And there is one event I am particularly proud to offer. It is a privilege to show my guests the Villa La Collina which, for more than 400 years, has been the residence of my family. The villa, one of the finest historical residences in the area, is admired for its grand living rooms, its newly refurbished bedroom suites, the splendid ancient kitchen, the precious furnishings, the classic Italian garden and charming private chapel.
