The south-west-facing 35 m² conservatory adds extra living space and plenty of natural light. From here, there is direct access to the terraces and the level natural plot. Near the conservatory there is a gas grill, and outdoors you will find a brick barbecue with an outdoor kitchen area. In addition, there is a large outdoor spa that can be enjoyed all year round.
