Lovely holiday home with a fantastic location in peaceful rural surroundings and views of the Limfjord from both sides of the house. It is possible to pitch a tent on the property's grounds. A small path leads directly to a lovely beach with excellent fishing opportunities.

The holiday home is suitable for 8 persons and 1 child up to the age of 3. The property has a living area of 169 m², is built on 2 levels, and was constructed in 2000. Pets are not allowed. The holiday home is equipped with 1 energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump. The underfloor heating is supplied by an oil-fired heating system. There is underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.

The holiday home is equipped with a washing machine. There is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest guests, 1 high chair is available.

The holiday home is situated on a 4,500 m² natural plot. The fjord is only 150 metres away. The nearest grocery store is located 4,000 metres from the property. A golf course is located 20,000 metres away. The property features a 30 m² terrace. In addition, there is a 70 m² covered wooden terrace connected to the house with 3 access doors.

There is an outbuilding with a washbasin, an extra freezer and refrigerator. The oil-fired heating system is also located here. A dartboard is available. An electric barbecue is provided. Only the electric barbecue may be used due to the fire risk, as the house is built of logs. An electric vehicle charging point with an output of 11 kW is installed. Parking is available at the holiday home.

The holiday home has a total of 4 bedrooms. The sleeping accommodation is divided as follows: 6 sleeping places in double beds and 2 sleeping places in a bunk bed. In addition, 1 cot is available for a child aged 0–3 years.

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator and a freezer. There are 4 ceramic hobs, a convection oven, a microwave oven and a dishwasher.

There are 2 bathrooms with shower cubicles and 2 toilets.

The holiday home is equipped with 1 Smart TV and 1 Chromecast. At least 4 Danish TV channels are available, along with 1–3 Swedish, 1–3 Norwegian and 1–3 German channels. Wireless internet is available. There is also 1 Bluetooth speaker.
